Inspired by childhood memories and times when I could eat all the sugar I wanted. The joy and chaos of sugar. This work is a colourful commentary on the afternoon snack.

This pop food culture sugar rush still life is in my signature exaggerated perspective in an expressive realist style.

Holding Out For Dinner is can literally be seen in my house between 5 and 6pm when everyone is famished from a busy day and ready to eat but not quite ready. A wink to indulgence.

Just because I gave up sugar, doesn't mean I actually gave up sugar! painting it anyway. There's plenty of room at my table and they're all zero calories.
