Use the contact us tab or direct message through instagram @brendastajcicart for delivery information.
As a guide, delivery to NSW metro is $30
There are a number of options for packaging and delivery based on canvas size. We will work together to determine the best option for delivery to suit your needs and budget.
-Larger works can be sent as a rolled canvas. The buyer can organise to have the work restretched by a local framer. Rolled canvases will be sent in postal tubes.
- Some larger canvases on a stretcher ready to hang can be couriered.
-Smaller sized work will be sent via Australia Post. If you require insurance, please let me know.
-International orders on most works will be rolled canvas only. Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for any local taxes or customs taxes.
All care is taken with packaging. In the event something goes wrong and your work is damaged, please email me and provide photos of the damage. I will do my best to work with you for a solution, however, I recommend postage insurance as I cannot be held responsible for loss and/or damage during the delivery process.
Where possible, I will use recycled materials to package your work. I recently received a delivery of a large physical product. The amount of protective packaging may have been necessary, but it was horrifying nonetheless. In doing my small bit for the environment, I endeavour to put the excess protective packaging to good use- so it will be protecting your art!
