The texture of the tablecloth, the smell of sugar and aniseed from the biscuits, and the waft of a good strong coffee- this is La Dolce Vita!
 
I've always thought about owning one of those 1 euro houses in Southern Italy, The villa has earthy terracotta floors, a huge woodfire oven in the kitchen and a porch that overlooks rolling hills with a thriving garden of veggies and olive trees. There's plenty of space for you all to join me so we can have coffee and sweets in the morning and vino come 12 o'clock.
 
In the meantime, we have this painting- La Dolce Vita indeed!
